About the Role
As Admissions Officer, you will support the full admissions cycle—from enquiry through to enrolment—ensuring processes are efficient, accurate and welcoming.
Your responsibilities will typically include:
Managing admissions enquiries via phone, email and in person with professionalism and warmth
Coordinating school tours, open events, taster days and admissions meetings
Supporting application processing, references and documentation with excellent attention to detail
Maintaining accurate records on admissions systems and databases
Communicating clearly with prospective families about timelines, entry points and next steps
Liaising with senior leaders and teaching staff to support admissions decisions and assessment arrangements
Supporting marketing/admin tasks linked to recruitment of pupils (where appropriate), including event communications
Ensuring confidentiality and data protection requirements are followed at all times
