Experience and Skills

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience in a caretaking, premises, or facilities role, ideally in a school or similar environment

• Be organised, reliable, and able to work independently

• Possess basic DIY and maintenance skills, with the ability to carry out minor repairs

• Demonstrate a strong awareness of health and safety procedures

• Be proactive, flexible, and able to respond to urgent issues promptly
