Key responsibilities include:
Organising and coordinating internal and external examinations across all key stages
Registering pupils for exams and liaising with exam boards
Preparing exam timetables, seating plans, and invigilation schedules
Ensuring compliance with exam regulations, policies, and deadlines
Communicating exam procedures to staff, pupils, and parents
Managing examination records, results, and certificates
Supporting invigilators and training staff as required
Responding to queries from pupils, staff, and exam boards efficiently and professionally
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Have experience in exam administration or educational administration
Be highly organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be confident using IT systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and exam software
Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
Understand confidentiality and data protection requirements
Be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
