• Leading and developing the DT department across KS3–KS5

• Teaching DT, with potential specialisms in Product Design, Resistant Materials, or Engineering

• Driving curriculum innovation and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning

• Monitoring student progress and implementing strategies to raise attainment

• Managing departmental resources, including workshops and equipment

• Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the department
