The Role
The school is seeking an organised and proactive School Administrator to support the smooth and efficient running of the school office. This is a pivotal role, acting as a key point of contact for staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for managing administrative systems, maintaining accurate records, and supporting senior leadership with operational tasks. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school office and leadership team
Maintain student records, attendance data, and confidential documentation
Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone enquiries
Coordinate meetings, events, and school communications
Support admissions processes and maintain accurate enrolment data
Ensure compliance with safeguarding and data protection policies
Assist with reporting, data entry, and general office organisation
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a school or administrative environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong IT skills, including familiarity with school systems (e.g. SIMS or equivalent)
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
