About the Role

As School Receptionist, you will be at the heart of the school office, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact for parents | visitors | and staff. You will manage communications | support administrative processes | and ensure the smooth running of daily school operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming visitors and managing the school reception area

• Handling phone calls | emails | and general enquiries efficiently

• Maintaining visitor logs and supporting safeguarding procedures

Experience and Qualifications
