The Role
The school is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students. This is a key front-facing role within the school, requiring excellent communication skills and a welcoming approach.
You will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling enquiries, and supporting the administrative team with a range of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage the reception area professionally
Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
Manage visitor sign-in and safeguarding procedures
Provide administrative support to staff
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support communication with parents and carers
Assist with general office tasks and organisation
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Support school events and activities where required
