Maths Teacher – Independent School in Sheffield
Our client is looking for a Maths Teacher to join a highly successful independent school in Sheffield. This is a full-time position to begin in April 2026, teaching across KS3–KS5 (GCSE and A-Level Mathematics).

The successful Maths Teacher will join a well-established Mathematics faculty working in dedicated classrooms equipped with digital learning resources and interactive technology. Mathematics is consistently one of the school’s strongest subjects, with recent results showing 81% of pupils achieving grades 7–9 at GCSE and 88% A*–B at A-Level. Pupils are highly engaged and the department encourages creative teaching approaches and enrichment opportunities including national maths competitions and extension programmes.
Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified Maths Teacher with QTS (PGCE, QTLS or equivalent considered)
• Strong subject knowledge at GCSE and A-Level Mathematics
• Ability to inspire pupils with a passion for problem-solving and logical thinking
• Committed, enthusiastic and organised with excellent classroom practice
• Legal right to work within the UK
