Geography Teacher | Enfield Outstanding School

We are seeking an ambitious Geography Teacher for an Outstanding secondary school in Enfield. This position starts in April 2026 and is a fantastic opportunity for a subject specialist to join a high-performing Humanities faculty. We are looking for a teacher with an inspirational approach to physical and human geography, ensuring that very little learning time is lost to poor behaviour.

Responsibilities

  • Teach inspiring Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with potential for KS5)

  • Lead fieldwork excursions that bring the curriculum to life

  • Use the school's superb modern resources to deliver a creative and rigorous curriculum

  • Participate in a rich CPL programme designed to refine your pedagogical practice

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary Range: £37,868 to £56,154 (M1 - UPS3)
