We are recruiting for a passionate English Teacher for an Outstanding secondary school in Newham. This Full-Time, Permanent position is available for an ASAP start. We are looking for a dedicated practitioner who can bring literature to life and support students in achieving their highest potential in English Language and Literature.

Responsibilities

  • Teach inspiring English lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Foster a love for reading and analytical thinking across a diverse range of texts

  • Support students in achieving academic excellence in a school with top results

  • Participate in a rich CPL programme designed to refine your pedagogical practice

  • Help maintain a well-ordered and scholarly school environment

Qualifications and Experience

  • QTS and a degree in English or a related subject

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent outcomes for students

  • Must have the right to work in the UK

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary Range: £40,317 to £62,496
