The Welfare Officer will play an important role in supporting the health, wellbeing, and day-to-day welfare of students across the school.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing first-line welfare support for students during the school day

• Supporting pupils with medical, emotional, or wellbeing needs

• Maintaining accurate records relating to student welfare and safeguarding

• Liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies where necessary

• Supporting attendance and wellbeing initiatives across the school

• Assisting with safeguarding procedures in line with school policies
