The Role

As SENCO, you will:

• Lead and oversee SEND provision across the school

• Coordinate EHCPs and individual support plans, ensuring statutory compliance

• Monitor student progress and implement targeted interventions

• Provide guidance and training to teaching staff to promote inclusive practice

• Liaise effectively with parents, external agencies, and the senior leadership team

You will play a central role in embedding inclusive strategies across the curriculum and supporting both academic and pastoral development.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)

• National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete)
