Our client is seeking an inspirational and experienced Head of Music to join a progressive secondary school in Poole from April. This is a full-time leadership position, ideal for a strong practitioner with a passion for curriculum innovation and extracurricular excellence.
The successful candidate will lead the strategic development of Music across KS3 & KS4, with opportunities to expand KS5 provision. You will oversee curriculum planning, assessment, staff development, and enrichment opportunities including choirs, ensembles, performances, and productions.
The department benefits from dedicated rehearsal spaces, performance facilities, music technology resources, and a strong culture of participation. Senior leadership is supportive and encourages creativity and collaboration across the arts.

Experience and Qualifications
