The Role
The academy is looking for a Business Teacher who can deliver engaging and rigorous lessons across GCSE and A Level. Business is a popular subject at both Key Stages 4 and 5, with strong uptake and positive examination outcomes year-on-year.
You will contribute to a curriculum that develops students’ commercial awareness, analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking. The department encourages real-world application of knowledge through enterprise initiatives, guest speakers and enrichment programmes.
Candidate Requirements
• QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Degree in Business, Economics or a related discipline
• Ability to teach GCSE Business (A Level desirable)
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Commitment to raising attainment and supporting all learners
• Legal right to work in the UK
