A well-established 11–18 academy in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Mathematics to lead its successful and well-resourced department. The Role
As Head of Mathematics, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership for the department. You will oversee curriculum sequencing, assessment frameworks, intervention strategy and staff development while maintaining a visible and high-impact presence in the classroom.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading teaching and learning across KS3–KS5
• Ensuring a coherent and ambitious curriculum progression

• Contributing to whole-school improvement planning
