Executive PA to the Headteacher – Independent School – Manchester
A well-established independent day school in Manchester is seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Personal Assistant to support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role within the school, requiring discretion, precision and the ability to manage complex schedules in a fast-paced academic environment.

The Role
As Executive PA, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Headteacher, acting as the first point of contact for high-level internal and external communication. You will manage diaries, prepare briefing papers, coordinate meetings and ensure accurate record-keeping across governance and leadership functions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing a complex and evolving diary, including school events and external meetings
• Drafting professional correspondence and documentation
• Coordinating Governor meetings and preparing board papers
• Handling confidential information with discretion
• Liaising with staff, parents and external stakeholders on behalf of the Headteacher
