Role Overview
The SBM will oversee financial management, HR processes, and site operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing school budgets and financial planning
Overseeing HR and recruitment processes
Managing contracts and procurement
Leading administrative and site teams
Supporting strategic development plans
Ensuring regulatory compliance
Preparing financial reports for governors
Monitoring expenditure and value for money
Managing payroll oversight
Supporting capital projects

Leadership & Operations Team
