Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager to join a wonderful primary school in Merton with an ASAP start on a long-term basis. This is a key operational role, ensuring the site remains safe, secure, and well presented for pupils, staff, and visitors.

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for site maintenance, health & safety compliance, security procedures, and contractor supervision. You will manage routine inspections, oversee minor repairs, and ensure the school grounds and buildings are maintained to a high standard. Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the school.

This role would suit someone practical, organised, and confident managing a busy primary school site independently.
