Role Information
The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff, and external visitors. Responsibilities include:
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and visitor enquiries
• Overseeing the visitor sign-in procedure and safeguarding protocols
• Supporting administrative tasks such as letters, filing, printing, and data entry
• Coordinating meeting room bookings
• Assisting with attendance or office tasks as needed
• Maintaining a welcoming and professional reception environment
• Providing accurate information and directing queries
The ideal candidate will be personable, organised, calm under pressure, and committed to excellent customer service.
Requirements
• Reception or customer service experience
• Strong communication and IT skills
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
