Our client is seeking an inspirational and experienced Head of Photography to join an excellent school in Wiltshire from April. This is a full-time leadership position, ideal for a talented Photography practitioner with a strong track record of delivering high-quality outcomes and the ambition to lead a subject area.

The successful candidate will oversee the strategic development of Photography across KS4 & KS5, ensuring a rigorous and engaging curriculum that promotes creativity, technical skill, and artistic expression. You will be responsible for curriculum planning, assessment strategy, monitoring progress, and leading enrichment opportunities such as exhibitions and portfolio development.

The department benefits from dedicated studio space, digital editing facilities, and a collaborative Creative Arts team. Senior leadership is supportive and places strong value on both academic achievement and the creative curriculum.

Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)

• Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into a subject lead role
