About the Role
The successful candidate will support the smooth running of the school’s office and administration functions. Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, updating records, supporting staff and pupils, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the school operates efficiently.
You will be the first point of contact for staff, pupils, parents, and visitors in certain administrative matters, providing a professional and approachable presence.
The Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience in office administration or similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and attentive to detail
• Confident with IT systems including Microsoft Office
• Friendly, approachable, and proactive approach
