The Role
As School Office & Community Liaison Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for parents, carers and visitors while also providing essential administrative support across the school.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing daily reception duties and handling incoming enquiries
• Supporting attendance monitoring and first-day absence procedures
• Coordinating school communications, newsletters and parent updates
• Assisting with admissions paperwork and pupil records
• Maintaining accurate data on the school’s MIS system
• Supporting safeguarding documentation and compliance processes
• Assisting with school events, workshops and parent meetings
You will work closely with the Headteacher and School Business Manager to ensure efficient and professional office operations.
