This is a full-time, permanent position, available for an immediate start, ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) seeking a supportive and engaging school environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential involvement in Key Stage 5 depending on specialism. Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons that develop numeracy, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Preparing students effectively for GCSE and other examinations, ensuring they meet academic targets.
Monitoring, assessing, and reporting on student progress and providing constructive feedback.
Contributing to curriculum planning, resource development, and departmental initiatives.
Supporting enrichment activities, interventions, and extracurricular Maths events.
Maintaining high standards of behaviour, classroom management, and student engagement.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum.
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
Ability to inspire students of all abilities to achieve their potential.
Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting positive student wellbeing.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within the department and across the school.
