The Role

• Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 expected

• Delivering engaging lessons across a range of media and techniques

• Supporting pupils with GCSE and A Level coursework and portfolio preparation

• Monitoring attainment and implementing strategies to raise achievement

• Contributing to curriculum refinement and departmental development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• A degree in Fine Art or related discipline

• Experience teaching Art at secondary level, including examination groups

• Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom practice

• A track record of securing strong outcomes at GCSE and/or A Level

• High expectations for creativity, presentation, and pupil engagement
