The school is seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker.

Role Overview

The Caretaker will ensure the school site is safe, secure, and well maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Opening and closing the school site

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs

  • Monitoring health and safety compliance

  • Conducting regular site inspections

  • Managing contractor access

  • Supporting school events

  • Maintaining grounds and outdoor areas

  • Responding to urgent maintenance issues

  • Ensuring security procedures are followed

Site & Facilities Structure

The Caretaker works alongside the Site Manager and cleaning team within a structured facilities system.

Candidate Requirements

  • Ability to work independently
