You will be a key advisor to our leadership team, helping us identify trends and implement interventions that close attainment gaps.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Results Analysis: Leading on the analysis of GCSE and A-Level results during the summer, producing immediate "headline" figures for the Headteacher and media releases.

  • Third-Party Platforms: Managing the integration of external data platforms such as SISRA Analytics, 4Matrix, or FFT Aspire with the school's central MIS.

  • Admissions & Transitions: Overseeing the secure transfer of data for new Year 7 intakes (CTF files) and ensuring that graduating student files are sent to colleges and employers.

  • GDPR Compliance: Acting as a lead on data protection, ensuring all staff handle sensitive information according to the latest regulations.
