To strengthen its finance function, the school is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Officer.
Role Overview
The Finance Officer will support the day-to-day financial operations of the school and ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing purchase orders and invoices
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Reconciling bank statements
Assisting with payroll administration
Monitoring budget expenditure
Preparing financial reports for the Finance Manager
Supporting year-end audit processes
Managing petty cash systems
Ensuring compliance with financial procedures
Maintaining accurate financial records
The role requires strong numerical skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
Finance Team
The Finance Officer works alongside the Finance Manager and School Business Manager. Systems are well established, and training will be provided where required.
