To support the continued upkeep of the school site, the school is seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker.

Role Overview

The Caretaker will ensure the school site is safe, secure, and well maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing the school site

• Conducting routine maintenance tasks

• Monitoring health and safety compliance

• Managing minor repairs

• Overseeing site cleanliness

• Supporting contractors on site

• Conducting regular safety inspections

• Responding to emergency call-outs when required

• Supporting school events

• Maintaining site security

The role requires practical skills and strong organisational ability.

Site Team

The Caretaker works alongside the Site Manager and facilities team. Clear maintenance schedules and procedures are in place.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in site maintenance or caretaking

• Basic repair and maintenance skills
