To strengthen front-of-house services, the school is seeking a welcoming and organised Receptionist.
Role Overview
The Receptionist will manage daily front-desk operations and provide administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting visitors and managing sign-in procedures
Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries
Managing visitor safeguarding procedures
Handling post and deliveries
Supporting attendance recording
Updating student records
Assisting with general administrative tasks
Maintaining reception area organisation
Supporting emergency procedures when required
Ensuring confidentiality at all times
The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a busy front desk.
Administrative Team
The Receptionist works closely with the School Administrator and Attendance Officer within a structured office team.
