Role Overview
The School Administrator will be central to the daily operation of the school office, ensuring efficient communication and accurate record management.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing reception and front-of-house duties
Responding to telephone and email enquiries
Maintaining student and staff records on MIS
Supporting attendance processes
Assisting with admissions documentation
Preparing letters, reports, and communications
Coordinating meetings and appointments
Managing filing and compliance documentation
Supporting SLT with administrative tasks
Ensuring confidentiality at all times
This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Administrative Team
The Administrator will work within a structured office team including the Office Manager and Attendance Officer. Systems are well established, and training will be provided on school-specific platforms.

Previous administrative experience (school preferred)
