The Role
Overseeing the strategic and day-to-day management of the school’s facilities and estate
Leading the site, maintenance, and cleaning teams
Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and statutory requirements
Managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes
Overseeing contractor management and capital projects
Managing facilities budgets and reporting to senior leadership
Ensuring the site remains safe, secure, and presented to a high standard
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Significant experience in facilities or estates management
Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance legislation
Experience managing teams and external contractors
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Financial awareness and experience managing budgets
A proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach
