The Role

• Overseeing the strategic and day-to-day management of the school’s facilities and estate

• Leading the site, maintenance, and cleaning teams

• Managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes

• Overseeing contractor management and capital projects

• Managing facilities budgets and reporting to senior leadership

• Significant experience in facilities or estates management

• Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance legislation

• Experience managing teams and external contractors

• Excellent organisational and project management skills
