Role Overview
The School Administrator will be central to the day-to-day running of the school office, providing high-quality administrative and organisational support to staff, students, parents, and senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies
Managing telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries professionally
Maintaining accurate student records on the school MIS (Arbor/SIMS)
Supporting attendance processes and safeguarding documentation
Coordinating meeting schedules, room bookings, and SLT diaries
Producing reports, letters, and communications on behalf of senior leaders
Supporting admissions paperwork and transition documentation
Assisting with school events, open evenings, and parents’ evenings
Managing filing systems and ensuring GDPR compliance
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
The role requires excellent organisation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment. You will contribute significantly to maintaining the school’s reputation for efficiency and professionalism.
Administrative Team Information
