About the Science Department

The Science Department is comprised of a dedicated team of experienced specialists passionate about teaching and learning. Collaboration and professional growth are highly valued within the department.

Responsibilities

• Teach Physics across KS3/4, with the possibility of KS5 (A-Level)
• Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons
• Assess and monitor student progress
• Contribute to curriculum development and innovation

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in a Physics or related discipline
• PGCE or QTS
• Experience working as a Science Teacher in a Secondary School (including PGCE placements)
• ECTs are encouraged to apply
