We are working with a high-performing independent school in Redbridge to recruit an energetic Science Teacher for a permanent, full-time role. This position, starting in March, is situated within a world-class Science department that treats experimental discovery as the foundation of the curriculum.

The Role The successful candidate will teach General Science at KS3 and their specialist subject (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) at KS4. The school encourages a hands-on approach to Science, moving beyond the textbook to inspire curiosity and critical inquiry. You will work within a supportive faculty that prioritises collaborative planning to ensure a healthy work-life balance for all staff.

Requirements

• QTS and a strong academic record in the Sciences.

• The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

• A valid enhanced DBS check and a commitment to whole-school life.

Salary M1 – UPS3 (£37,870 – £56,154) per annum.
