Drama Teacher (ECT Support) | Islington Outstanding Secondary
We are working with a leading "Outstanding" academy in Islington to recruit an energetic and creative Drama ECT for a permanent, full-time position starting this March. This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the most vibrant and high-achieving performing arts faculties in North London.

The Role The successful candidate will teach Drama at KS3 and KS4, fostering confidence and performance skills in students of all abilities. The role is designed for a teacher who enjoys practical-led learning and wants to inspire the next generation of performers. By focusing on KS3 and KS4, the ECT will be able to refine their pedagogical techniques and classroom presence within a supportive, high-stakes academic environment. You will also have the opportunity to assist with school productions and theatre trips.
Requirements
QTS and a strong academic record in Drama or Theatre Studies.
The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
A valid enhanced DBS check.
Salary M1 – UPS3 (£36,745 – £56,959) per annum.
