We are working with a welcoming mixed secondary school in Hertfordshire to recruit an experienced Drama Teacher for an immediate start on 20th March. This full-time role is a fixed-term contract until July 2026, perfect for an educator who enjoys hitting the ground running.

The leadership team is committed to ensuring a smooth transition for mid-year starters, providing a clear induction and access to all departmental resources from day one.

The Role The teacher will take over a timetable of mixed-ability classes, focusing on maintaining the high standards of progress already established this year. A key priority will be supporting Year 11 and Year 13 students as they move towards their final summer examinations and performances.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a secondary drama department.

• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule until the end of the summer term.

• The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary M1 – UPS3 (£31,350 – £47,839) per annum, pro-rata.
