Our client is seeking a reliable and technically confident IT Technician to join a well-established independent school in Farnborough on a permanent basis, starting ASAP. The Role

• Providing first-line IT support to teaching and support staff

• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues

• Supporting classroom technology, interactive whiteboards, and AV equipment

• Assisting with user account management, devices, and permissions

• Maintaining IT equipment and supporting system updates

• Responding to IT issues in a timely and professional manner

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience in an IT Technician or IT Support role

• Good working knowledge of Windows systems and Microsoft 365

• Experience supporting end users with hardware and software issues

• Strong communication skills and a service-focused approach

• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities

• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

• The legal right to work in the UK
