Art Teacher – Secondary School in Salisbury
Our client is seeking a creative and committed Art Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Salisbury on a part-time, permanent basis, starting ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity for an Art Teacher looking for a long-term, flexible role within a supportive and well-organised school environment.
Art is a valued subject within the school, with good student engagement and strong support from leadership.
The Role
Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4
Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
Supporting pupils with coursework, sketchbooks, and portfolio development
Encouraging the use of a range of artistic media and techniques
Contributing to displays and enrichment activities where appropriate
Working collaboratively within a supportive Art department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related subject
Experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4
Strong subject knowledge and clear understanding of assessment
Good organisation skills and confident classroom practice
A professional, positive, and flexible approach
