We are looking to appoint a reliable, organised, and proactive School Administrator to join a friendly and well-run school in Brighton, starting ASAP. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced educational environment and supporting the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient administrative support to the school office and leadership team
Manage pupil data, records, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality
Answer telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries professionally
Support attendance monitoring and daily registers
Prepare letters, reports, and school communications
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events
Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies as required
Ensure compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, and school policies
Maintain a well-organised, welcoming, and professional office environment
Support general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience in a school or office-based administrative role
Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and school systems
Communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of people
Be flexible, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities
Work well independently and as part of a team
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
