Our client is looking for a Drama Teacher to join an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Essex. This full-time role begins in April 2026, teaching Drama across KS3–KS5, including GCSE and A-Level.

Drama Teacher required on a full-time basis
Outstanding school with a strong performing arts reputation
Excellent facilities including performance spaces
Highly motivated and creative student body

The successful Drama Teacher will join a vibrant department with strong curriculum leadership and excellent extracurricular opportunities. Students achieve strong outcomes and regularly participate in productions and enrichment activities. This is a permanent role in a highly supportive school.

Experience and Qualifications

• Qualified Drama Teacher with QTS or equivalent
• Experience teaching GCSE and A-Level Drama
• Passion for performance and creative expression
• Enthusiastic and collaborative approach
• Legal right to work in the UK
