MFL Department:
The MFL department is a vibrant and ambitious faculty that plays a key role in the school’s curriculum and wider enrichment programme. The department offers a broad curriculum that includes French and Spanish, with opportunities to develop additional languages depending on staff expertise. Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Languages or a related discipline
• Experience teaching MFL at secondary level
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
• Strong subject knowledge and confidence delivering GCSE (A Level desirable)
• Excellent organisational and curriculum planning skills
• Commitment to inclusion, student achievement and high standards
• Strong classroom management and a passion for language learning
