We are working with a high-profile secondary school in Tower Hamlets looking for an HR Administrator with exceptional attention to detail. This role is crucial in supporting the school’s mission to provide world-class opportunities to students in East London.

Key Responsibilities
Contract Management: Drafting and issuing employment contracts and variation letters for teaching and support staff.
Payroll Liaison: Providing monthly updates to external payroll providers regarding new starters and leavers.
Recruitment: Creating engaging job descriptions and person specifications to attract elite teaching talent.
Vetting: Handling all pre-employment checks, including DBS, right-to-work, and overseas clearances.
Salary & Contract Details
Salary Range: £33,500 – £38,000 (Inner London Scale)
Hours: Full-time | Permanent | ASAP Start
