The Role & Responsibilities Working with motivated students, you will deliver high-quality instruction that balances grammatical precision with spontaneous oral fluency.
Curriculum Delivery: Teaching Spanish across KS3 and KS4, focusing on authentic cultural immersion and sophisticated linguistic structures.
Extracurricular Impact: Assisting in the coordination of international exchange programmes and leading lunchtime "Cine-Club" sessions.
Mentoring & Growth: Participating in weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to refine your classroom management and evidence-based teaching techniques.
Digital Innovation: Utilising the latest language-learning software to enhance student engagement and listening comprehension.
Salary & Contract Details
Salary Range: £40,317 – £62,496 (M1 – UPS3 Inner London Scale)
