Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management, maintenance, and security of the school site

• Opening and closing the school premises as required

• Carrying out basic repairs, maintenance, and general upkeep

• Overseeing health & safety procedures and site compliance

• Liaising with contractors and monitoring site works

• Supporting school events, lettings, and occasional out-of-hours requirements

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Caretaker, or Facilities professional

• Strong practical maintenance and DIY skills

• Good working knowledge of health & safety regulations

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

• Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
