Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, and visitors

• Managing incoming calls, emails, and visitor sign-in procedures

• Supporting safeguarding procedures, including visitor checks and ID protocols

• Providing administrative support to the school office and senior staff

• Assisting with day-to-day school operations in a warm, organised, and professional manner

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience in a school reception or administrative role (prep or primary experience desirable)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail

• Confidence using office systems, email, databases, and Microsoft Office

• A calm, friendly, and professional approach suited to a prep school environment

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
