Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting young learners? An Ofsted-rated Outstanding school in Birmingham is seeking a Teaching Assistant starting February 2026.

School information:
The school is a popular 11–18 co-educational school with a strong community ethos and excellent pastoral systems. Staff enjoy a highly supportive environment with strong leadership and outstanding behaviour.

About the Support Department:
The support team is collaborative, nurturing and focused on student progress. Teaching Assistants receive high-quality CPD and training, including opportunities to progress into HLTA or teacher training pathways.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting learning across KS3 and KS4
• Delivering small group and 1:1 intervention sessions
• Supporting behaviour and pastoral needs
• Assisting teachers with differentiation
• Helping provide a safe, positive learning environment

Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience supporting young people
• Strong communication skills
• A proactive, positive approach
• ECTs or aspiring teachers welcome

Salary and Benefits:
Paid on the TA support staff scale.
