A successful secondary school in Staffordshire is seeking an experienced Senior Science Technician to join its busy and collaborative science department.

Job Overview
Our client is seeking to appoint a Senior Science Technician to start as soon as possible / April 2026. This school is recognised for strong academic outcomes, excellent behaviour systems, and a collaborative working environment.
The successful Senior Science Technician will provide advanced technical support across KS3 to KS5, manage technician workflows, oversee laboratory preparation and stock control, and support health & safety compliance across practical science.

Senior Science Technician – Experience and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Science Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of laboratory health & safety procedures
• Experience supervising or coordinating technical support activities
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communicator and team player
