A successful Ofsted Good/Outstanding school in Essex is seeking a passionate and committed Drama Teacher to join its well-established Performing Arts department.

Job Overview

Our client is appointing a Drama Teacher to start as soon as possible / April 2026. This school is known for its supportive culture, strong leadership, and commitment to creative and expressive subjects.
The successful Drama Teacher will deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 to KS5, encouraging creativity, confidence, and collaboration through performance and practical work.

Drama Teacher – Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Drama or a related subject
• QTS (e.g. PGCE)
• Ability to teach Drama across KS3–KS5
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Strong classroom management skills
• Passion for creative and performance-based learning
