Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting young learners? An Ofsted-rated Outstanding school in Staffordshire is seeking a Teaching Assistant beginning February 2026.

School information:
The school is a popular 11–18 co-educational school known for academic excellence, strong pastoral systems and high-quality teaching and learning.

About the Support Department:
The TA team is collaborative, well-organised and committed to raising achievement for all students. Staff receive excellent support and ongoing training.

Responsibilities:
• Supporting teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
• Differentiation support for learners
• Leading small-group or 1:1 interventions
• Supporting behavioural or pastoral needs
• Working collaboratively with teachers

Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience supporting young people
• Strong communication skills
• A positive and proactive approach
• ECTs or aspiring teachers welcome to apply

Salary and Benefits:
Paid on the support staff TA scale.
