The Role You will deliver a sophisticated Drama curriculum across the senior school, balancing rigorous academic theory with high-level performance.

• Academic Excellence: Delivering GCSE and A-Level Drama with a focus on practitioner-led performance and critical analysis of live theatre.

• Production Leadership: Directing major annual school productions and coordinating with the technical department for set design and lighting.

• Mentorship: Acting as a specialist mentor for students preparing for audition-based university entries and scholarship applications.

• Extracurricular: Leading weekly advanced performance workshops and coordinating "Masterclass" sessions with visiting industry professionals.
